1. Kas tai yra ir kodėl tai jūsų teisė

Pagal Bendrojo duomenų apsaugos reglamento (GDPR) 17 straipsnį („teisė būti pamirštam") jūs turite teisę paprašyti, kad mes ištrintume visus asmens duomenis, kuriuos apie jus saugome, jei nebėra teisinio pagrindo juos saugoti.

UAB TMK Investment (BELYO prekės ženklo savininkė) yra jūsų duomenų valdytojas pagal GDPR 4 str. (7) p. ir Lietuvos Respublikos asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymą.

2. Kaip pateikti prašymą

Į laišką įtraukite:

1. Jūsų vardas ir kontaktinis el. pašto adresas (arba pašto adresas, jei rašote paštu).
2. Platforma arba paskyra, iš kurios prašote ištrynimo. Pavyzdžiai. „Komentaras po BELYO Instagram įrašu @belyoapp", „BELYO programėlės vartotojo paskyra (jei naudotas TestFlight)", „BELYO el. paštas [email protected] susirašinėjimas".
3. Konkretus prašymas. Pavyzdžiui. „Prašau ištrinti visus mano komentarus mokesčių BELYO socialinių tinklų paskyrose ir mano kontaktinę informaciją iš BELYO vidinių sistemų."
4. Tapatybės patvirtinimas. Jei prašymas siunčiamas iš to paties el. pašto, kurį naudojote bendraudami su mumis. patvirtinimas nereikalingas. Kitu atveju. galime paprašyti papildomos informacijos tapatybei patvirtinti.

3. Atsakymo terminas

Mes atsakysime į jūsų prašymą per 30 dienų nuo gavimo dienos, kaip nustato GDPR straipsnis 12(3). Jei prašymas sudėtingas arba jų gauname daug — turime teisę pratęsti terminą dar 2 mėnesiams, bet apie tai informuosime per pirmąsias 30 dienų.

Jūs gausite. (a) patvirtinimą, kad gavome prašymą; (b) galutinį atsakymą su informacija, ką ištrinome, ko negalėjome ištrinti ir kodėl.

4. Ką galime ištrinti

• Jūsų komentarus ir replies, paskelbtus BELYO socialinių tinklų paskyrose (TikTok @belyoapp, Instagram @belyoapp, Facebook BELYO Page, LinkedIn UAB TMK Investment, X @belyoapp, Threads @belyoapp, YouTube @belyoapp).
• Jūsų vartotojo vardą iš mūsų vidinio engagement metrics dashboard'o ir analitikos sistemų.
• Jūsų el. paštą iš mūsų pašto sistemų (jei susirašinėjote su [email protected], [email protected] arba kitomis BELYO paskyromis).
• Jūsų BELYO programėlės paskyros duomenis ir pokalbių istoriją (po programėlės launch'o Q3 2026).
• Bet kokius kitus duomenis, kuriuos turime ir kurie yra susiję su jumis.

5. Ko negalime ištrinti

Mes negalime ištrinti šių duomenų. tam reikia kreiptis tiesiogiai į atitinkamą šaltinį.

• Duomenų iš pačios platformos. Mes negalime ištrinti jūsų komentaro iš Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn arba YouTube. Tam reikia kreiptis tiesiogiai į tą platformą per jos data deletion įrankius.
• Duomenų, kuriuos privalome saugoti pagal įstatymą. Pavyzdžiui. apskaitos dokumentai ir mokesčių įrašai saugomi 10 metų pagal Lietuvos buhalterinės apskaitos įstatymą.
• Anonimizuotų duomenų. Po anonimizacijos duomenys nebėra jūsų asmens duomenys (negalima atsekti iki konkretaus asmens) ir ištrynimas nebėra technniškai prasmingas.

6. Skundai

Jei nesutinkate su mūsų atsakymu arba manote, kad netinkamai tvarkome jūsų duomenis, turite teisę kreiptis į.

• Valstybinę duomenų apsaugos inspekciją (VDAI) — Lietuvos GDPR priežiūros institucija. vdai.lrv.lt
• Į savo gyvenamosios vietos GDPR priežiūros instituciją — jei gyvenate kitoje ES valstybėje narėje.

1. What this is and why it's your right

Under Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — the „right to erasure" — you have the right to request that we delete all personal data we hold about you, when there is no longer a legal basis for retaining it.

UAB TMK Investment (owner of the BELYO brand) is your data controller under GDPR Article 4(7) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

2. How to submit a request

Please include in your request:

1. Your name and contact email address (or postal address if writing by post).
2. The platform or account you are requesting deletion from. Examples. „A comment under BELYO's Instagram post @belyoapp", „BELYO app user account (if used TestFlight)", „Email correspondence with [email protected]".
3. Your specific request. For example. „Please delete all my comments from BELYO's social media accounts and remove my contact information from BELYO's internal systems."
4. Identity confirmation. If you send the request from the same email you used in your interactions with us. no additional confirmation is needed. Otherwise. we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

3. Response timeline

We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). If the request is complex or we receive many — we may extend the deadline by 2 additional months, but we will inform you about this within the first 30 days.

You will receive. (a) an acknowledgment that we received your request; (b) a final response with details of what was deleted, what we could not delete, and why.

4. What we can delete

• Your comments and replies posted on BELYO's social media accounts (TikTok @belyoapp, Instagram @belyoapp, Facebook BELYO Page, LinkedIn UAB TMK Investment, X @belyoapp, Threads @belyoapp, YouTube @belyoapp).
• Your username from our internal engagement metrics dashboard and analytics systems.
• Your email address from our mail systems (if you contacted [email protected], [email protected] or other BELYO email addresses).
• Your BELYO app account data and conversation history (after app launch in Q3 2026).
• Any other personal data we hold that relates to you.

5. What we cannot delete

We cannot delete the following data — you must contact the relevant source directly.

• Data on the platforms themselves. We cannot delete your comment from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube. You must use those platforms' data deletion tools directly.
• Data we are required to retain by law. For example. accounting documents and tax records are kept for 10 years under Lithuanian accounting law.
• Anonymized data. Once data is anonymized, it is no longer your personal data (cannot be traced to a specific person) and deletion is no longer technically meaningful.

6. Complaints

If you disagree with our response or believe we are handling your data improperly, you have the right to file a complaint with.

• The State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) — Lithuania's GDPR supervisory authority. vdai.lrv.lt
• Your local GDPR supervisory authority — if you reside in another EU member state.
